Ocean sounds

           When you rest

On my chest

In History

From far away

A river under a stone

Is hidden

In my own depths

In this coursing blood

A voice calls out to me

Calling out to those

From the beginning

Struggling to remember

When the past

Flowed violently away

To recall

And to avoid repeating 

The path to mistakes

To destroy where it led

To clean a history

I've never known
